About the Studio

LM Therapies is in the centre of Glasgow tucked up away from the busy streets. The Studio is made up of Sports & Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy & Pilates rehab. Mat Pilates classes are taught with a maximum of 8 people, mats and equipment are provided.

When Does Becky teach here?

Tuesdays at

12:30pm - Mixed Level

1:30pm - Pre-natal Private 1:1

Wednesdays at 7pm - Beginner / Improver Level
